Yogurt facial

Rowan is always getting compliments on his beautiful skin. Here is the secret...he gives himself a yogurt facial everyday at lunch time. And since it worked so well on his skin, he thought it would do wonders for his hair.

Not excited about having to clean up...his life is so hard!

Visit with Gram and G-dawg

Rowan loved his visit with Josh's parents. He cried and cried when they left, and has seemed a little lost with out his playmates today. Thanks for the visit!

First taste of Hayden cookies...yum!

Rowan got his first taste of Hayden cookies yesterday. He was very pleased with himself! Now that he signs 'please' very well the grandparents just can't say no to anything. This is how I found him when I walked in to the room.

These just made me laugh...one size fits all frog towel!?!

I can feed myself!

Rowan has been working on feeding himself, he does pretty well until he gets bored (then he throws the spoon!). Today he fed himself half a pudding, he was very proud. Right after I snapped this picture he rubbed the spoon in his hair.

Visit with Uncle Casey

Josh's brother Casey arrived today to meet Rowan for the first time! They became fast friends.

Rowan is very excited about Gram, G-dawg and Uncle Casey visiting soon! He can't wait to see everyone!

Concentrating very hard while playing with a new toy

In the last month, Rowan has really taken off with his signing. He has even made a few up on his own. He can now sign more, please, airplane, all done, and 'later' (this one he made up himself). He signs drink, ball, book, music and help a little less frequently, but we are still working on those. Here he was signing please over and over because he desperately wanted to touch the camera. He likes pushing the button to review all the pictures we have taken.

Rowan also loves to clean up...he loves anything that involves cleaning. It might be because that is all he sees his mother do. Sometimes I think he spills his cheerios just so I have to get down the dust-buster. He LOVES pretending he is vacuuming. He even makes a vacuuming sound.
